Ijaz Aslam Ghuman is amongst the senior members of the firm’s corporate commercial team. He practices in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate / Business structuring and restructuring (including joint ventures) and Contracting (commercial and corporate contracts)

 Over a period of time, he has developed the ability to lead teams in many sizeable transactions and advise clients on structuring, drafting, and negotiating private equity transactions including drafting of agreements such as the shareholders’ agreements, share subscriptions, share purchase, and joint venture agreements. Apart from the above, Ijaz Asam Ghuman has also advised clients on day to day legal affairs of the company including but not limited to issues relating to corporate law, employment law, etc.

 He has extensive experience in FDI investments, joint ventures, and setting up of business operations in Pakistan across various industry sectors such as FMCG, infrastructure, energy, media, real estate, and construction, services, hospitality, technology, medical devices, IT/ITES, manufacturing and retail amongst others.

He along with other team members has recently contributed to Pakistan a Chapter on setting up in Pakistan for the joint book project of Euraaudit and Interlegal’s joint book project due to be published in early 2019.
